Spinach and Banana Smoothie

A quick, easy and surprisingly tasty vegan smoothie. Best had in the morning for an amazing pick-me-up for the rest of your day. Feel free to customize it to your taste and enjoy the energy that comes with healthy eating.



INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup soy milk/almond milk/plain yoghurt

  • 3/4 cup packed fresh spinach

  • 1 large banana, sliced

  • 1 tsp sugar (optional)



HOW TO:

  1. In a blender, add spinach and milk/yoghurt and blend for 30 seconds.

  2. Add sliced bananas to blender and blend a further 30 seconds.

  3. Pour in a glass and enjoy.

Makes 1 serving
